SMS Disclosure & Consent

This page explains how NeuraCue users consent to receive SMS messages and how to opt out.

Overview

NeuraCue may send transactional SMS messages for account authentication (one-time passcodes) and account security alerts and related account security notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

How users opt in

Users opt in within the NeuraCue Android application during account registration or sign-in:

  1. User enters their mobile phone number.
  2. User taps Request OTP to request a one-time verification code (OTP).
  3. At the time of opt-in, the app displays the SMS disclosure below and the user proceeds to request/receive messages.

Messages are sent only in response to a user-initiated action (for example, requesting a verification code) or for account security alerts.
